Es la fuerza que nos aconseja ubicarnos en el presente, con la experiencia de lo aprendido en el pasado. Ese conocimiento es el deseo interno de ser, de analizar lo que queremos empezando a poner toda nuestra voluntad en el principio, en la base de nuestro andar. Es la fè, el optimismo, todo el deseo de hacer las cosas lo mejor posible en beneficio propio y de todo aquel que nos acompaña. –
Visita los bosques, observa el cielo, llenate de la belleza de los lagos. Contempla el fuego.
El hilo del tiempo al desenrrollarse regala no solo vida sino pensamientos, percepciòn.
Actùa con calma pues tus ideas son influyentes. Reconfortas a los pueblos. Practica el hàbito de la meditaciòn para saber escuchar y valorar el sentido de la palabra, hablada o escrita.

La meditaciòn es la concentraciòn en nuestra respiraciòn, para tranquilizar la mente.
Cuando la mente se tranquiliza, desarrollamos capacidades para apreciar lo positivo de lo que nos pasa.
