y puedas sonreír y mirar el sol y dejar atrás las noches de vigilia
y las mañanas desnudas y el viento frío del otoño.
Para que puedas encontrarte con vos, le dijo
con ese espacio limpio al que nada lo toca
ni el terror, ni el espanto, ni la furia.
Para que puedas abrir las manos y mirarlas
como si fuera la primera vez y las encuentres llenas de pájaros
y de mariposas y de flores
y no te importe más que el aire entrando por tu boca
mareándote de vida y no te importe más que el agua
lavando tus heridas y no te importe más que el cielo
que un día abandonaste y regresó por vos.»
