Editorial Maya’ Wuj Agenda Nueva Era 2018
El año nuevo Ab’ inicia con el cero Pop. Desde hace años en Guatemala se celebra en dos fechas diferentes. Para algunas comunidades el año nuevo Ab’ es el 20 de febrero de 2018. Para varias comunidades es el 1 de abril de 2018.
En la editorial Maya’ Wuj registramos el iniciao del Ab’ el dìa 1 de abril de 2018. el cargador del año Ab’ es el 7 Kej. Decisiòn que tomamos siguiendo la Cuenta Larga que marcò el 21 de diciembre de 2012, 13.0.0.0.0, 4 ajpù, 3 K’ank’in, las opiniones de expertos y organizaciones mayas como la Comunidad Lingüistica Kaqchikel de la ALMG.
A partir del año 2013 iniciamos a registrar el año nuevo Ab’ siguiendo la fecha que marcò el Oxlajuj B’ak’tum. Fecha que està en numerosos registros, tal es el caso de las estelas mayas de Chi Iximche’ y Chwa Nima’ab’äj. Estelas esculpidas en ocasiòn del cambio de la Era Maya, el 21 de diciembre de 2012. Obras contruidas por la organizaciòn Kaqchikel Amaq’ – comunidad del Pueblo Maya Kaqchikel.
